Janet and Emma have done a virtual walk which started on Sunday and will end tomorrow. Covid-19 might have cancelled the walk this year but nothing has dampened the spirit in this family. Thank you all for your efforts this week. Here’s to the real walk May 2021 😎👌😘🚶🏽‍♀️🚶‍♂️

David was my whole life and I miss him every day. He was very proud of his roots, being born in Longwood and living his whole life in the village. He loved Huddersfield and being outdoors. Walking the moors and hills around his home town was what he loved and thrived on. When David was taken ill he spent 110 days in various hospitals in our area but mostly in the Haematology Wards at St James’, so I wanted to raise more funds to help the fantastic work that they do there.
